Be decent to people. You don’t know their whole story.

Make room for people

Share your own experience. Listen before giving advice. Disagree with ideas without attacking people. Job loss affects people differently.

Keep people safe

No personal attacks, doxxing, private company information, threats, hate, harassment, or spam. Ask permission before sharing someone else’s story.

Keep it honest

Skip repeated promotions, misleading jobs, and fabricated stories. Say so if you may benefit financially from something you share.

Report a concern

Use the Report control on a story or email hello@afterlayoops.lol. We review reports manually and may hide or remove content. If you need urgent support, contact a local emergency or crisis service.
